I would like to announce that the new www.Bettygohard.com website is up and running. Please check out all the great events we have scheduled for this upcoming winter and what is happening at Bettygohard online.

With the launch of our new website we are starting the first Betty Club Photo Competition; the competition starts November 15^th and is open to all Betty Club members. Membership is FREE through to March 15^th, so join up, get a profile and enter the competition. Our sponsors have provided us with some great prizes so check out the details in the Fall Newsletter and at www.bettygohard.com and get your photos to me.

Join us in the Rossland area for our next event: ‘Rossland WOMEN OUT WALKING’ , which will be starting this Monday 11^th, November. A casual walking/hiking program that will lead into the snow shoe and cross country programs as soon as the trails are ready for us, it is a drop in program $10pp with treats and fun stuff from Betty. Each Monday I’ll have something fun planned; this week we’ll be heading out for a walk up by Monte Cristo and then back to the bar for a warm up drink. Monday 19^th I have teamed up with Dandelion Wellness Clinic at the Prestige; after the walk they will host the ladies with Appies and drinks and an informative video on their new ‘Balancing your Hormones’ program.
